Preparing pipe before welding

From our customers, we often hear about difficulties that arise when looking for a contractor to perform individual preparatory work and work related to welding Large assembly and construction holding companies are inert and clumsy, and small companies do not have the necessary personnel and equipment and they are often not mobile and tied to a specific location. TEK-Consulting activities we organized in such a way that even a small, but a commercially viable project does not depend on the season, load and distance of the facility. We carry out on time certain types of work with high-quality, such as: - cutting, dismantling, repair of elements of thermal-mechanical equipment; - processing the edges of pipelines with special orbital pipe cutters directly on the mounted equipment, in cramped conditions and hard-to-reach places; - preheating, maintenance and control of the temperature regime during welding; - manufacturing of pipeline blocks (own workshop), delivery, and installation to the design position.
